Family fun
Popular races to introduce children to triathlon in a friendly atmosphere, with distances to suit all ages. Schedules are provisional and subject to change by the organizer.
Thursday August 6 at 11:59pm Closing time for online registration.
Friday August 7 between 5pm and 8pm: distribution of race numbers and on-site registration subject to availability.
Saturday, August 8th
- From 6:30 a.m.: distribution of race numbers and on-site registration, subject to availability (until 45 min. before the start of the category).
- 2:30 p.m. : opening of the TriKids changing area according to category, 45 minutes before each start
- From 3:30 p.m.: starts for Mini Kids, Kids 1 and Kids 2 categories
- 4:15 pm: prize-giving ceremony for the Mini Kids, Kids 1 and Kids 2 categories
- From 4.45pm: starts for Schoolchildren 1 and 2 categories
- From 6:05 p.m.: Team Famille starts
- 6:45 p.m.: Awards ceremony for Schoolchildren 1, 2 and Team Family
Conditions
The Family Team must be made up of 2 to 5 members (minimum age 5) from the same family only. The 3 disciplines are raced by the whole Family Team at the same time. The whole Family Team must cross the finish line together.
Tri Kid course
The swimming distance is completed in the pool. The water depth for the Mini Kids 5 and Kids 6-7 categories varies between 20 cm and 50 cm, for the Kids 8-9 category between 20 cm and 90 cm, and for the other categories between 210 cm and 240 cm.
Part of the bike route (~ 500m) is on an unpaved road, which is no problem for racing bikes with thin tires.
