Our Commitment<\/h2>\n\n

For over 35 years, the Nyon Triathlon has brought together thousands of participants, volunteers, partners, and spectators who share a common passion: making sports accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n

Because trust is at the heart of our success, we are committed to upholding the principles of good governance, ethics, and transparency promoted by Swiss Olympic and Swiss Triathlon. We ensure that every action and decision we make is guided by the values of integrity, responsibility, fairness, and respect. <\/p>\n\n

Beyond simply organizing a sporting event, we aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and exemplary environment in which everyone involved can thrive with confidence and peace of mind.<\/p>\n\n

Governance, Ethics, and Integrity<\/h3>\n\n

The Nyon Triathlon adheres to the principles of good governance, ethics, and transparency promoted by Swiss Olympic and Swiss Triathlon. We are committed to conducting our activities with integrity, fairness, accountability, and respect for everyone. <\/p>\n\n

Compliance with Swiss Olympic standards<\/h3>\n\n

In accordance with the Swiss Sports Industry Standard, we have implemented measures to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure transparent and independent decision-making. Members of the Executive Committee and the Organizing Committee disclose any potential conflicts of interest and, when necessary, recuse themselves from the relevant discussions and decisions. <\/p>\n\n

Ethics and the Protection of Individuals<\/h3>\n\n

The Nyon Triathlon adheres to the Swiss sports ethics code and is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive sporting environment. Any form of discrimination, harassment, abuse, violence, doping, or behavior contrary to the values of sport is strictly prohibited. <\/p>\n\n

Report<\/h3>\n\n

Anyone involved in the event may report a concerning situation to the organizing body or to Swiss Sport Integrity, the independent body responsible for handling reports related to ethics in Swiss sports.<\/p>\n\n
