The online registration is possible until Friday 6th August 2021, at midnight (except National league). After this date, only on-site registration will be possible, subject to availability, 45 min. before each race (Twint or cash payment only).
For people registered between Thursday 5th August and Friday 6th August at midnight, it is compulsory to bring the registration confirmation received by email in order to receive your bib (presented on a smartphone is sufficient)

On-site registration will be possible up to 45 minutes before the start of the relevant category event (subject to availability, cash payment only).
Change in registration
Any changes in registration (change of category, of participant, etc.) will cost CHF 15 and must be paid in cash when picking up the race bib (which will not be issued to the participant without payment).
If no cancellation insurance has been contracted when registering online, no reimbursement will be made by the organizer (even upon presentation of a medical certificate).
Should a participant not have the requested equipment (wetsuit if requested, hard helmet, etc.) or should the event be cancelled due to bad weather, in the event of force majeur, external events or extraordinary circumstances, no refund will be granted.
Due to the exceptional circumstances related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the organizers accept to refund part of the registration fee under certain conditions. First of all, the person must already be registered at the time of cancellation and the event must be cancelled – or not authorized – by the authorities due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In such a case, a request from the participant must be made to the organizers within the time limit transmitted by them. If the request is not made within the deadline, no refund will be made nor will the registration be postponed to 2022. Due to the costs incurred by the organizers, who are voluntary based, the amount reimbursed will be degressive according to the date of a possible cancellation, i.e. :
- Up to 4 months before the event (7.4.2021) = 75% refunded
- Up to 3 months before the event (7.5.2021) = 50% refunded
- Up to 2 months before the event (7.6.2021) = 25 % reimbursed
- 2 months before the event (8.6.2021) = 0% reimbursed
This partial refund will only be made if requested by the participant.
Participants have the possibility to donate the amount of their registration fee to the organizers in order to help offset the expenses already incurred for the event.
